"Been with State Farm for 10 years before I moved to this area. Tried to use this agent for a year. They are very unhelpful. They stare at their computers and only do what the computer tells them to do. If you don't like what the computer says, too bad. The usual reply is, "Well, that's what my computer says. I can't do anything else about it". No going out of the way to help/retain policyholders. Steer clear of this agent, use the other one on the east side of town and hope they are better. I left State Farm and this agent. I will go pay more for actual SERVICE instead of putting up with these people."
